  • Bread 3 oz
  • Capers 0.35 oz

METHOD:

  • Heat oil in a pan and add the lemon pesto.
  • In a separate pan, prepare a crumble with bread and capers.
  • Cook the cod until golden.
  • Plate and finish with the crumble and a touch of Saclà Lemon Pesto.
