‘NDUJA PESTO GLAZED RIBS

Ingredients:

  • Pork ribs 2.6 lb
  • Saclà ‘nduja pesto
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Honey 1½ tbsp

METHOD:

  • Mix the ‘nduja pesto with oil, pepper and honey.
  • Rub the ribs and leave to marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  • Arrange on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  • Cook at 356°F for 40–45 minutes.
  • For a caramelised finish, place under the grill for a few minutes.
