‘NDUJA PESTO GLAZED RIBS

Ingredients:

  • Pork ribs 2,6 lb
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Honey 1½ tbsp

METHOD:

  • Mix the ‘nduja pesto with oil, pepper and honey
  • Rub the ribs and leave to marinate for at least 10 minutes
  • Arrange on a baking tray lined with baking paper
  • Cook at 180°C for 40–45 minutes
  • For a caramelised finish, place under the grill for a few minutes
