‘NDUJA PESTO GLAZED RIBS

Ingredients:
- Pork ribs 2.6 lb
- Saclà ‘nduja pesto
- Black pepper, to taste
- Honey 1½ tbsp
METHOD:
- Mix the ‘nduja pesto with oil, pepper and honey.
- Rub the ribs and leave to marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- Arrange on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Cook at 356°F for 40–45 minutes.
- For a caramelised finish, place under the grill for a few minutes.
