‘NDUJA PESTO GLAZED RIBS

Ingredients:
- Pork ribs 2,6 lb
- Black pepper, to taste
- Honey 1½ tbsp
METHOD:
- Mix the ‘nduja pesto with oil, pepper and honey
- Rub the ribs and leave to marinate for at least 10 minutes
- Arrange on a baking tray lined with baking paper
- Cook at 180°C for 40–45 minutes
- For a caramelised finish, place under the grill for a few minutes
