FRIARIELLI PESTO CRUSTED SALMON

Ingredients:

  • Salmon 1.3 lb
  • Crushed pistachios, to taste

METHOD:

  • Place the salmon on baking paper and brush with oil
  • Spread the pesto over the surface
  • Sprinkle with crushed pistachios
  • Bake at 350°F for 12–15 minutes
  • Plate and serve
