Ingredients:
- Salmon 1.3 lb
- Crushed pistachios, to taste
METHOD:
- Place the salmon on baking paper and brush with oil
- Spread the pesto over the surface
- Sprinkle with crushed pistachios
- Bake at 350°F for 12–15 minutes
- Plate and serve
