- Saclà Friarielli Pesto
- Crushed pistachios, to taste
METHOD:
- Place the salmon on baking paper and brush with oil.
- Spread the Saclà Friarielli Pesto over the surface.
- Sprinkle with crushed pistachios.
- Bake at 350°F for 12–15 minutes.
- Plate and serve.
