  • Salmon 1.3 lb
  • Saclà Friarielli Pesto
  • Crushed pistachios, to taste

METHOD:

  • Place the salmon on baking paper and brush with oil.
  • Spread the Saclà Friarielli Pesto over the surface.
  • Sprinkle with crushed pistachios.
  • Bake at 350°F for 12–15 minutes.
  • Plate and serve.
