350 g Saclà Vegan Bolognese with pea proteins
320 g tagliatelle (without eggs)
25 g coarse salt
Fresh marjoram to taste
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
Method
1 In a big pot bring to boil about 3 litres of water to cook the tagliatelle. Add the salt and the pasta.
2 Cook the tagliatelle for approx. 5 minutes as per pack instructions.
3 Meanwhile, in a large pan put the Saclà Vegan Bolognese with pea proteins and warm it for some minutes.
4 Drain the tagliatelle al dente, reserving a ladleful of cooking water.
5 Add the tagliatelle to the sauce, gently stir and add some cooking water to blend.
6 Dish out, add a drizzle of oil and garnish with some leaves of fresh marjoram. Enjoy!
