350 g Saclà Puttanesca
300 g nest noodles
20 g coarse salt
20 g capers in salt
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
Method
1 In a big pot bring to boil approx. 3 litres of water. Add salt.
2 Add the noodles, put out the heat, cover and let them cook for approx. 4 minutes. Drain.
3 Rinse away the salt of the capers and dry them.
4 In a big saucepan pour the Saclà Puttanesca sauce, add the capers and stir fry the noodles for approx. 3 minutes.
5 Serve the noodles with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Enjoy!
