285 g Saclà Marinated Artichokes
4 beef burgers (approx. 200 g each)
4 burger buns
8 rashers of bacon
200 g pumpkin or courgettes
4 leaves of green or red salad
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
Mayonnaise to taste
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Method
1 Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2 Wash and cut the pumpkin (or the courgettes) into thin slices, spread them on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and put it in the oven for approx. 15 minutes.
3 After 10 minutes, add the Saclà Marinated Artichokes and finish to cook in the oven.
4 Wash and dry 4 leaves of salad.
5 Cut the buns into half.
6 Heat a non-stick pan lightly greased with oil and cook the meat for approx. 4 minutes per side. Put salt and pepper to taste.
7 Meanwhile, brown the bacon in another pan for some minutes until crispy.
8 Remove the bacon and toast the inner part of the buns in the same pan.
9 Assemble the burger, spread the base bun with a thin layer of mayonnaise, top it with the pumpkin (or the courgettes), the meat, the salad, a thin layer of mayonnaise, the bacon and the Saclà marinated artichokes. Enjoy!
