190 g Saclà Pesto with Wild Garlic
8 slices whole wheat bread
2 ripe avocados
300 g smoked salmon
1 lemon
Salt to taste
Method
1 Cut lengthwise the avocado into 4 parts. Peel it and remove the seed. Finely cut lengthwise each part into slices.
2 Squeeze a lemon and pour some drops on the avocado slices. Add some salt.
3 In a pre-heated pan grill the slices of whole wheat bread on both sides.
4 Assemble the avocado toast, lay on each slice of bread the avocado slices, put the salmon and top with a tbsp of Saclà Pesto with wild garlic. Enjoy!
