Peppers in stripes

Sweet red and yellow peppers cut in strips served in sunflower seed oil, with perceivable wine vinegar and garlic backnote. They can be used as a cold side dish to accompany meat dishes and to enrich salads, or hot with long-cut Pasta (Fettucce, Tagliatelle, Pappardelle).
