Napoletana – cherry tomatoes and basil (420g)
Italian cherry tomatoes are too delish to squish and that’s why for this recipe we use them whole. We know flavor depends on the quality of the ingredients, so we’ve kept it simple by only adding fresh basil to a traditional soffritto base of carrots, onion and celery. Enjoy with Pasta or adding a selection of cooked vegetables, like peas, zucchini and aubergines to make a typical Primavera sauce. Great as base for pizza!
