A sustainable establishment
For Saclà, the sustainability issue has always been an important development asset. From this point of view, the company decided to redevelop a former abandoned industrial area, giving it not only a new life but also a green look with low environmental impact.
2014 saw the launch of the “New Industrial Settlement of Castello Di Annone” project, which provides for the expansion and optimization of the plant to make every step of the production chain more efficient.
Today the plant has started to operate and although it still takes time to reach its full functioning. The ambitious project of a very modern and sustainable plant is already a concrete reality.
- 182,000 sqm. of overall surface area
- 23,500 sqm. of area already used
- 1,600 sqm. of solar panels
- 16.200 sqm. of pallet spaces
