CROSTINI WITH SAUSAGE AND FRIARIELLI PESTO

Ingredients:

• 1 large baguette
• Italian sausage 10.5 oz

METHOD:

• Slice the baguette and toast the slices in a 350°F oven for 8–10 minutes, until golden and crisp
• Spread a layer of friarielli pesto on each crostini
• Top with browned sausage and serve warm
