- Rigatoni 14 oz
- Red onion to taste
- Pecorino to taste
METHOD:
- Bring a pot of salted water to the boil and cook the rigatoni
- In a pan, sauté the red onion
- Add the ‘nduja pesto and loosen with a ladle of pasta cooking water
- Drain the pasta and toss in the sauce
