Ingredients:

  • Rigatoni 14 oz
  • Red onion to taste
  • Pecorino to taste

METHOD:

  • Bring a pot of salted water to the boil and cook the rigatoni
  • In a pan, sauté the red onion
  • Add the ‘nduja pesto and loosen with a ladle of pasta cooking water
  • Drain the pasta and toss in the sauce
